Fresh Snow

It's been a deliciously quiet, snowy Monday morning.

The day started off with hot coffee shared with William, which is always a good beginning. After he left for work it's slipped nicely by between washing dishes, starting pulled pork in the crock pot, folding laundry, and reading North and South.

And all the while, the snow has been drifting silently down, impossibly soft and slow.
